Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS or HCM implementation experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle ADP Workforce Now implementation experience focusing on Onboarding and Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with background check vendor integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the configuration and implementation of ADP Workforce Now Onboarding and Recruitment modules.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to design efficient, automated workflows.
• Build and customize workflows to meet business needs.
