Masis Professional Group is seeking an ADP Workforce Now Expert Consultant for a 3–6 month, 100% remote engagement. The ideal candidate will serve as the internal SME, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize configurations, and train users across HR, payroll, benefits, and reporting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Deep SME/guru-level knowledge of ADP Workforce Now configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee data processes.
• Experience troubleshooting across modules and reporting.
• Ability to train internal users and work independently.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now.
• Assess and optimize the ADP Workforce Now environment.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across configuration, reporting, payroll, and HR.
• Review workflows and system setup for accuracy.
• Develop and optimize reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Document processes and changes.
• Train internal users on ADP Workforce Now functionality.
• Provide guidance on best practices and usage of system capabilities.
• Assist with testing, changes implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as primary resource for ADP issues during engagement.
