Responsibilities

• Evaluate ADP Workforce Now’s configuration and usage to support HR operations and data accuracy.
• Identify ways to streamline and automate HRIS processes for efficiency.
• Develop a plan to optimize ADP Workforce Now workflows, portals, and access.
• Configure ADP portals to be user-friendly for managers and HR leadership.
• Train managers to use ADP Workforce Now portals effectively across entities.
• Provide first-line support to managers and HR users and escalate issues as needed.
• Routinely test the application and diagnose issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and training materials.
• Build and run reports, validate data, and assist with HR data collection.
