Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to join our remote adolescent and young adult telehealth program. This part-time 1099 role requires availability in late afternoons and evenings and Saturdays, with a focus on group therapy using a range of modalities.

You will integrate DBT, CBT, EMDR as appropriate, coordinate with care teams, and document notes within 24 hours. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and have experience with youth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient in telehealth and group treatment delivery.
• Comfort with video platforms and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and ensure weekly presence.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams for ongoing supervision.
• Maintain timely treatment documentation within 24 hours.
