Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescent and young adult clients. The role requires a Masters in mental health and experience facilitating groups, with a strong emphasis on relational, evidence-based modalities.

We value clinicians who are tech-savvy, reliable, and collaborative, able to conduct engaging sessions via video and coordinate with care teams across platforms like Gmail, Slack, Zoom and EMR software.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Comfort delivering therapy via video.
• Reliable WIFI connection for telehealth.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.
• Part time 1099 role.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least once per month for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Facilitate all groups for the scheduled hour and ensure engagement.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum.
