Charlie Health Clinic seeks skilled mental health professionals to lead remote group therapy for adolescents and young adults. The role emphasizes evidence-based modalities, strong client engagement, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality telehealth services.

Applicants should hold a relevant Master’s degree and demonstrate experience with group treatment, virtual communication, and flexible scheduling. This is a part-time 1099 contract role with remote work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults in group settings.
• Comfort with multiple therapeutic modalities and telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with Supervisor/Director for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Arrive early and facilitate hour-long groups.
• Follow best practices and updated curriculum for groups.
• Foster engagement and camera-on culture.
• Collaborate with care team and treatment team.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes within 24 hours.
