Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Associate, Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer to translate strategy into real-time journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will design, test, and optimize personalized journeys that meet member needs and drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with data analytics, lifecycle marketing, and channel leads to activate journey logic, monitor performance, and iterate for continuity across customer segments, channels, and devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution.
• 2+ years configuring journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Hands-on experience developing emails using HTML and CSS.
• Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization.
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, and personalization.
• Effective communicator across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic content email templates in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to build audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform using real-time signals.
• Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic.
• Conduct QA across journey components including events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers.
• Monitor journey performance and refine logic with analytics for better outcomes.
• Serve as SME for AJO and AEP capabilities and support upskilling across the team.
• Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliant, effective execution of journey logic across channels.
• Drive operational excellence through hands-on configuration, QA, and platform governance.
