Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer to translate strategy into real-time journeys using AEP and AJO. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and optimize journeys to meet member needs and business outcomes.

You will partner with analytics, lifecycle marketing, and channel leads to activate journey logic, test new flows, and monitor performance to ensure ongoing effectiveness across segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations or digital campaign execution.
• 2+ years configuring journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Hands-on experience developing emails using HTML and CSS.
• Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization.
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, and personalization.
• Effective communicator across technical and business teams.
• Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic content email templates in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to build and refine audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform using real-time signals.
• Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic and improve targeting.
• conduct QA across journey components including events, wait steps, and personalization rules.
• Monitor journey performance, resolve issues, and refine logic with analytics.
• Serve as SME for AJO and AEP capabilities and support upskilling.
• Contribute to governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration.
• Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys across channels.
