Job summary

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is hiring an Admissions Associate (SDR) to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and prospective families. You will qualify warm and hot inbound leads, share the right resources, and collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding experience to every prospective CGA student.

You will engage leads across the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and booking initial consultations.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in education or professional services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Call and engage new leads to qualify them for the admissions team.
• Update lead records and track progress in Salesforce.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective families.
• Book initial consultations and ensure attendance.
• Report weekly on calls, consultations, and outcomes.
