Job summary

SCAD seeks Assistant Directors of Admission (ADAs) to travel globally, building meaningful relationships with students, families, educators, and counselors. You will present at high school events, college fairs, conferences, and information sessions to showcase SCAD as a premier destination for future careers.

You’ll leverage excellent communication and sales skills to engage prospects, conduct virtual and in-person outreach, and guide applicants from inquiry through the application process,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel extensively (about 40 weeks per year) and work flexible hours.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Prior sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCAD at recruitment events worldwide.
• Build relationships with prospective students and families to determine fit and guide them through the application process.
• Record outreach in Salesforce and related systems to maintain momentum for admitted and deposit-paid students.
