Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is seeking a part-time, fully remote University Admissions Counselor for its US Diploma campus. You will guide a caseload of about 200 students in Grades 9 to 12, spanning US, UK and international pathways, coordinating with a global team.

The role requires experience in college counseling, familiarity with A Levels, and strong collaboration across time zones. Flexible schedule; 25 hours/week with some early/late meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of college counseling experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with UK curriculum and A Levels.
• Ability to manage a caseload of ~200 students and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across time zones while remote.

Responsabilités

• Meet one-on-one with about 200 students to plan academic paths and university goals.
• Deliver CGA's Future Ready curriculum online.
• Help students choose courses to strengthen high school records.
• Guide clubs and activities aligned with goals.
• Research universities and build balanced lists.
• Support full applications (Common App, UC, UCAS).
• Track deadlines and keep students on schedule.
• Write counselor recommendations and submit documents.
• Communicate progress to families.
