Job summary

Medforth GlobalEducation (MGE) invites applications for an Admissions Officer. This remote role, based in California, guides prospective students through the admissions journey with concierge-style support and timely information on programs, requirements, calendars, and finances.

You will work with Salesforce to track communications, collaborate with Recruitment Managers and other departments, and provide Zoom or phone advisement across US/Canada regions, ensuring a seamless applicant experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred.
3–5 years in higher education admissions or related student services.
Experience with Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with US and Canada admissions processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for prospective and accepted students, delivering exceptional service throughout the admissions process.
Guide applicants through the application and document submission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and other departments to provide seamless applicant experiences.
Own the conversion of assigned applicants and monitor progress to resolve barriers to admissions.
Maintain accurate applicant records in Salesforce and respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Maintain knowledge of regional admissions requirements (US or Canada) and adapt advisement accordingly.
Provide coverage for admissions functions as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
