Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Computer skills required. Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred.
• Possesses excellent verbal communication, particularly telephonic – and good written communication skills.
• Persistence combined with a positive attitude and approach to work and others; self-motivating work style.
• Mature, positive and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Possesses the ability to effectively use applicable school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Consistently operate within and evaluate monthly activity against minimum activity standards.
• Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Use telephone and in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify student prospects and determine needs.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Partner with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high level service for all students.
