Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective fellows from application to enrollment in a fully remote role.

You will assess fit, explain the AI Fellowship value, and coordinate interviews using Zoom and various channels, while tracking progress in the CRM. The ideal candidate brings consultative sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with software development terms to discuss candidates’ tech backgrounds and learning goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, enrollment advising, or similar roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish; comfortable interviewing and selling in both languages.
• Working understanding of software development and IT terminology; frontend/backend concepts, APIs, databases, cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the admissions pipeline: review applications, qualify leads, and move opportunities forward.
• Contact qualified applicants via WhatsApp, email, and approved channels to schedule interviews and follow up.
• Lead admissions interviews via Zoom to understand background, goals, and English proficiency.
• Assess readiness and potential to meet program demands and pursue global employment.
• Explain program value and payment terms; clarify contract milestones before enrollment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of decisions, notes, objections, and enrollment status.
