Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking an Academic Program Lead for its AI Fellowship to own the curriculum and learning design, ensuring the program stays aligned with the latest AI industry developments and market demand. You will oversee slides, exercises, projects, and learning materials, and help build a strong instructor network.

A PhD or equivalent technical depth in AI is required, ideally with hands-on industry or applied research experience, so the fellowship reflects how AI is practiced today.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or owning technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships, intensive programs, universities, corporate academies, or equivalent environments.
• Teaching experience in university courses, fellowships, bootcamps, corporate academies, or similar settings, including lecturing, facilitating, or leading technical cohorts.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in industry or applied research.
• Experience interviewing or evaluating technical instructors, experts, or educators and maintaining a high standard for delivery.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast iteration and a high degree of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the fellowship syllabus, including learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, and module integration.
• Oversee content design: slides, exercises, projects, and supporting materials; ensure currency with AI industry practices.
• Set and maintain quality standards across all learning materials and program experiences.
• Help source instructors from Anyone AI's network, interview candidates, and calibrate instructors to meet curriculum standards.
• Act as internal reference for high-quality AI education; partner with operations to support logistics and delivery decisions.
