Job summary

Eticas AI is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support finance operations. This remote Spain-based role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient accounting processes in a growing, globally-minded company.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a degree in business/finance, fluent English and Spanish (C1), and strong Excel skills. This part-time/contractor position offers flexible Spain-wide remote work and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Spanish C1 level and fluent English are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Proven knowledge of Spanish GAAP.
• Understanding of Spain tax criteria.
• Experience with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Authorized to work in Spain and based there.
• Proficient with account reconciliation tools.

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries in accordance with Spanish GAAP.
• Oversee reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Spain tax criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain financial documentation per company policy.
