Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales by executing strategic plans across virtual and in-person channels. You will engage healthcare professionals, analyze local market dynamics, and develop flexible call plans to meet quarterly goals.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales (neuropsychiatry preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% for in-person meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience required and experience in specialty sales strongly preferred: Neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals across multiple territories virtually on a quarterly and/or annual basis, adapting to territory needs.
• Apply resources strategically across virtual and in-person channels to maximize opportunities, track impact and adjust.
• Engage customers (HCPs & staff) via virtual meetings, phone calls and occasional face-to-face visits.
• Analyze market dynamics to understand local dynamics impacting the business and execute against trends.
• Develop and execute flexible business plans and call plans for virtual and in-person interactions to meet objectives.
• Travel to assigned territories up to 50% of the time to maintain key relationships and conduct in-person meetings.
