We are seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales and exceed quarterly and annual objectives by executing tailored plans designed for their geography.

The role requires strong account-based selling, market analysis, and collaboration with payers and healthcare professionals to improve access and utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
• Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with healthcare providers on access programs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Use resources (call activity, payer access tools, speaker programs) to engage customers (HCPs & staff).
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans to meet national objectives.
• Stay current on payer access and pull-through opportunities in the local market.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
