Qualifications

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, neuroscience/psychiatry focus preferred.
• Strong account-based selling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of pull-through strategies for local formulary wins.
• Experience with prior authorization processes and payer interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Use resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools) across face-to-face, virtual, or phone engagements.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of payer access environment and opportunities for pull-through.
• Demonstrate disease state knowledge and product understanding for customers.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Attend industry meetings to strengthen brand awareness and relationships.
• Build a sequential call continuum to gain commitment from customers.
• Proactively seek challenges and craft solutions with broader impact.
• Set high goals and measure progress toward continuous improvement.
• Use tools to evaluate data and build effective call plans.
• Keep customer needs central to business decisions and actions.
• Use appropriate interpersonal styles to gain acceptance of products and ideas.
• Align with company vision and comply with policies and procedures.
