Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience required.
• Specialty sales experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD or pediatric psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly and annual bases.
• Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer tools) to opportunities and adjust as needed.
• Engage customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone communications with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Stay current on payer access and identify pull-through opportunities locally.
• Represent disease state knowledge and product value to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Participate in industry meetings to build brand awareness.
