Fetch is hiring an Ad Operations Coordinator to drive end-to-end brand campaigns within a fast-moving marketplace. You’ll configure campaigns, manage assets, and coordinate product catalogs to ensure a smooth user experience and accurate attribution.

The role involves partnering with Account Managers, tracking milestones, and identifying process improvements. A strong data mindset and ability to learn quickly are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in operations, client support or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and standards.
• Configure campaigns, partner assets, and product catalogs for a seamless user experience.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and client timelines.
• Partner with Account Managers to support client goals and optimize performance.
• Translate promotion specs into actionable inputs for technical teams.
• Track milestones and deadlines, flag risks and blockers, provide updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Act as SME on “How Fetch Works” for partner and product initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects improving partner and user experience.
