Job summary

Future Publishing Limited is hiring a Digital Ad Operations Associate for a remote, U.S.-based role. You’ll work with a Client Service Account Manager to drive ad campaigns from setup to delivery across our trusted brands.

Your responsibilities include securing assets, confirming ad specs, updating copy, testing and scheduling creatives in ad servers, and solving delivery issues with clients and partners. You’ll keep account managers informed with campaign data and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital ad campaigns from start to finish.
• Familiarity with ad servers and troubleshooting ad issues.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to secure assets and confirm ad specs.
• Iterate ad copy for performance and respond promptly to questions.
• Upload, test, and schedule creatives using ad servers.
• Investigate delivery issues with clients, agencies, partners and internal teams.
• Keep account managers and clients informed with campaign data and priorities.
• Support advertiser relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Provide creative previews for the Partner team for approval.
