Job summary

Fetch is hiring an Ad Operations Coordinator to manage brand campaigns from configuration to attribution, blending partner needs with product workflows. You’ll work across teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and scale reliably within the Fetch app.

This full-time, remote-friendly role can be based in any US office or fully remote in the United States. You’ll own execution, optimize processes, and explore AI-driven improvements to boost efficiency and partner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in operations, client support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Fetch standards
• Configure campaigns, partner assets, and product catalogs to ensure a seamless user experience
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities across internal teams and client timelines
• Partner closely with Account Managers to support client goals and optimize campaign performance
• Translate promotion specifications into clear, actionable inputs for technical and operational teams
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines, proactively communicating risks, blockers, and updates
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation as Fetch scales
• Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Ad Operations processes
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on “How Fetch Works,” advising internal teams on the best solutions for partner and product initiatives
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance partner experience, user experience, and internal efficiency
