Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare innovator, seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and expand therapy utilization in hospital settings across the region.

You will routinely consult with clinicians, attend procedures, and build strong relationships with surgeons and other stakeholders while pursuing sustainable growth through account and territory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience
• Or high school diploma with 4 years of sales/clinical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Proven quota attainment in sales
• Wound care or medical device sales experience
• Strong relationships with surgeons and other influencers
• Experience in territory management and business planning
• Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas
• CRM experience (Salesforce)
• Experience launching new products and value analysis
• Excellent data and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products
• Attend hospital procedures and placements
• Achieve sustainable growth via account and territory management
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities
• Educate clinicians on product use and inservicing
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Advocate for therapy adoption with evidence
• Represent Solventum at conferences and trade shows
• Provide customer support and service
• Demonstrate proficiency after sales training
