Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Pricing to lead pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products. You will establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, and support regulatory filings, while advising on cost impacts of new products and enhancements.

You will report to the Director, Actuarial Pricing and collaborate across functions to deliver insights, monitor the market, and guide rate setting and profitability initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FSA or ASA with advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• MAAA designation required.
• Experience in multiple functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Establish pricing assumptions, prepare and submit bids, and support regulatory rate filings.
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits.
• Develop and maintain tools for pricing standard and customized offerings.
• Monitor competitive landscape and collaborate with market partners to drive membership growth.
