Strong analytical judgment and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will report to the Director, Actuarial Pricing, and help translate market data into actionable pricing actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FSA or ASA designation plus relevant advanced degree and/or other professional designations.
• MAAA is preferred.
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speech.
• Experience in multiple functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
• Establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids and support rate filings.
• Assist regulatory certifications and rate filings compliance.
• Advise Product Development on cost impact of new products and benefits.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools for standard and customized offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pricing insights and actions.
