ABC Fitness is seeking a Director of Acquisition Integration to design and lead the repeatable integration playbook across functions from pre-close to full integration. You’ll own the strategy, timing, and exit criteria for each workstream, ensuring cohesive delivery of value.

You will partner with Corporate Development, lead governance with senior stakeholders, and drive Day 1 readiness while preserving customer and employee continuity across HR, finance, IT, and GTM.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading post-close integrations in strategy, operations, or program roles.
• Experience with SaaS or tech platforms, and integrating products and customers.
• Proven ability to build repeatable playbooks and operating models from scratch.

Mansioni

• Build and own the acquisition integration playbook for all functions and phases.
• Lead each new integration end to end from signing to full integration.
• Govern the integration program with a steering committee and defined ownership.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness, including communications, system access, and payroll continuity.
• Protect customer and employee retention during migrations and transitions.
• Report progress to senior leadership and continuously improve the playbook.
