Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Director of Integration & Operational Excellence to lead post-acquisition integrations and build the operating capability across the company. You will drive end-to-end integration planning, budgeting, and cadence, coordinating across Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Clinical to realize synergies and protect service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-acquisition integrations with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Healthcare operating experience in multisite environments.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment with ability to map unit economics and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration cadence across multiple workstreams and ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Own the integrated plan, budget, dependencies, and delivery cadence from diligence to business-as-usual.
• Build and manage the integration playbook with clear ownership, criteria and escalation routes.
• Protect business value by retaining critical people and customer relationships during acquisitions.
• Drive operational improvements in scheduling, billing, and revenue-cycle processes across acquired entities.
