Job summary

Scan.com seeks a Director of Integration & Operational Excellence to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across the organization. You will own Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, and cross-functional execution with Finance, Operations, Commercial, People, Product, Technology and Clinical, including preparing acquired teams and aligning on operational diligence.

You will apply healthcare operations and financial acumen to build integration playbooks, optimize capacity, and realize synergies,

Qualifications

• Led post-acquisition integrations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in multisite healthcare or diagnostic imaging.
• Owned P&L or an operating function with financial accountability.
• Understanding of revenue cycle, billing and collections.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning before close and developing practical delivery plans.
• Own Day 1 readiness criteria and 100-day plans with named owners.
• Coordinate across Finance, Ops, Commercial, People, Product, Tech, and Clinical teams.
• Ensure retention of customers, referrals, and uninterrupted patient service during integrations.
• Develop and improve integration playbooks and center/volume capacity insights.
• Drive testing, reconciliation, and contingency planning before cutovers.
