Job summary

Alderframe Systems, a software firm serving distributors and manufacturers, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist for remote work across the U.S. You will manage invoicing tied to milestones and month-ends, apply payments, and follow up on overdue balances, ensuring PO numbers appear on invoices and payments match records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar.
• Excel: lookups, filters and pivot tables.
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and milestone invoices with PO numbers and contract references.
• Apply ACH, wire and check payments and match to open invoices.
• Reminder emails and calls on overdue balances with notes on each account.
• Weekly aging report for finance manager.
• Month-end reconciliation of receivables against the bank.
