Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist I for a remote CO role. You will perform daily collections, analyze delinquent balances, and provide detailed customer/branch support.

You will collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Reps, and Equipment Coordinators to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong customer service. The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and requires a customer-first attitude, organization, and willingness to learn new functions

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positively contribute to Accounts Receivable and Shared Services team environment; detail oriented.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP experience; strong phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily collection calls and written collection communication with detailed records.
• Provide customer and branch analytical support by researching and reconciling requests.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives & Equipment Coordinators.
• Identify and resolve statement discrepancies with OTC teams; manage delinquent accounts.
• Support Accounts Receivable Manager and Shared Services Director; participate in process improvement.
