Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• SAP experience
• Strong phone skills

Responsibilities

• Daily collection calls and written communications; maintain records of collection activity
• Provide customer and branch analytical support by researching and reconciling requests
• Collaborate with OTC Cash Processors to identify and resolve statement discrepancies
• Manage collection of delinquent accounts while maintaining customer service
• Work with Branch Managers, Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps & Equipment Coordinators
• Build relationships with branches and Patterson teams; share wins
• Suggest and participate in continuous process improvements
• Ensure activities are performed efficiently and effectively
• Support AR Manager and Shared Services Director with analytics
• Perform other duties as assigned
