Job summary

Visual Edge IT in the United States is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong collections focus to join our Finance team. You will manage aging, drive timely payments, and ensure accurate billing while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone. A high school diploma is required; 2 years in AR/collections, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. We offer PTO, seven holidays, and a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or other finance/accounting roles.
• Strong collections skills with clear, professional communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts receivable aging and Contact customers to resolve past-due balances.
• Conduct collection calls and emails ensuring timely payments.
• Address payment discrepancies and credit-card/payment questions.
• Process invoices and statements and maintain accurate ERP notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve cash flow.
