Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, a leading privately-held distributor, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator. This fully remote role offers a hybrid option for the Lafayette Hill, PA office for local candidates, and applicants may be based anywhere in the United States.

The position focuses on applying payments, reconciling cash accounts, resolving payment issues, and supporting customers and Profit Centers while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Accounts Receivable or administrative support
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from banks, customers, Profit Center teammates, and financial systems to apply payments and reconcile cash accounts.
• Apply customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues for customers and Profit Centers.
• Respond to AR and billing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to customers and internal teams.
