You will maintain documentation, support AR reporting, and collaborate with the AR team to ensure funds are applied correctly. Based out of Jacksonville, FL with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply incoming customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Research and identify payment discrepancies such as short-pays and unidentified payments.
• Collaborate with the AR team to ensure customer funds are appropriately applied.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment application activity.
• Provide support in preparing AR-related reports as needed.
