Responsibilities

• Follow up on daily accounts to reduce A/R.
• Validate denied claims and pursue resolutions.
• Submit appeals and required documentation via WAYSTAR.
• Communicate opportunities with leadership using SBAR.
• Document actions in avatars and systems.
