MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks an Account Follow-up Representative II to review and resolve outstanding insurance balances on hospital accounts. • 3+ years in related field.
• High School or equivalent diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on insurance balances and verify claim payment status.
• Work 40–50 accounts per day for assigned payors.
• Gather demographics, medical records, and authorizations as needed for claims.
• Identify and resolve denials and trends with other teams.
• Assist with education for new hires and process improvement projects.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
