AssetWatch is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support our growing Order-to-Cash operations. This role concentrates on complex account resolution, customer follow-through, and timely cash collection in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will own issues from identification through resolution, negotiate payment commitments, and document activity in NetSuite while collaborating with Billing, Revenue, CS, Sales, Support, and Finance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B accounts receivable and commercial collections experience.
• Ability to research and resolve complex AR issues independently.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; identify root causes of payment discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues, including unapplied cash, short payments, and disputed invoices.
• Research remittances, invoices, contracts, and payment history to locate unapplied payments.
• Own issues from identification through resolution with timely follow-up.
• Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining customer relationships.
• Document collection activity in NetSuite and related systems.
• Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, CS, Sales, Support, and Finance to resolve payment issues.
• Analyze aging trends to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
• Help maintain standardized collection procedures.
