Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts and invoices.
• Perform daily cash collection activities via phone, email, and Teams.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain client contact.
• Review account balances, aging reports, credits, and unapplied cash.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes.
• Track collection activity and document client interactions and commitments.
• Meet monthly and quarterly collection and receivables targets.
• Provide updates and reporting to stakeholders and management.
