Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice validation, coding, and payment cycles. The role supports month-end close and AP reconciliations within the North America Finance Shared Service Organization.

The position is remote with alignment to the Princeton office; onboarding requires 1–2 days onsite weekly. Strong SAP/S/4HANA and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounts payable or related accounting operations experience.
• Experience in high-volume or shared-services environment.
• SAP experience strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Strong Excel skills with lookup and reconciliation formulas.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume AP transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review invoices for approvals, coding, tax treatment, and documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment proposals and execute supplier payment runs.
• Support month-end close including accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyze AP activity via aging reports and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP and ensure data integrity.
• Identify duplicate or fraudulent vendor records and escalate.
