Daifuku North America in Hobart, IN is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate ledgers. The role involves SAP-based workflows, high-volume processing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices; obtain approvals; reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project managers on PO updates, payments schedules, and vendor issues.
• Prepare bi-weekly check runs and mail/file checks.
• Maintain vendor records and reconciliations; verify tax IDs and vendor data.
• Support audits with data collection and documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain good relations.
