Job summary

Bracco Diagnostics Inc. in Princeton, NJ seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor data maintenance, and timely payments using SAP S/4HANA within the North America Finance Shared Services.

You will review invoices, ensure proper approvals, perform 3-way matching, assist month-end close, and support process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, high-volume/shared-services environment preferred.
• SAP experience strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including lookup and reconciliation formulas.
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in financial transactions.
• Experience with 3-way matching of PO, receipts, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process a high-volume of AP transactions, including PO and non-PO invoices, accurately and on time.
• Review invoices for approvals, coding, tax treatment, and compliance with policies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
• Prepare payment proposals and review exceptions.
• Execute supplier payment runs and maintain vendor master data in SAP.
• Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve AP issues to reduce delays and disruption.
