Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end vendor invoicing, payments, and month‑end close. You’ll ensure accurate coding, timely payments, and strong vendor relationships from a dynamic startup environment.

Proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, and Google Workspace is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The role is remote but located in Poland, with the option to work hybrid or in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Required proficiency with financial systems including NetSuite and Ramp.
• Strong command of Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Meet.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments and accurate vendor records.
• Support month‑end close activities and provide data for audits.
• Maintain AP aging and reconcile related accounts.
• Respond to AP inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed.
• Foster positive vendor relationships through timely communication.
