Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, or related financial experience.
• Strong account reconciliation skills, including GRNI and AP-related accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and vendor information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations & Subledger Management: monitor AP subledger activity and approve workflows.
• Reconciliations & Financial Close: prepare/ reconcile AP-related balance sheet accounts.
• Compliance, Controls & Audit Support: maintain internal controls including SOX.
• Process Improvement & Issue Resolution: analyze discrepancies and drive standardization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with procurement, receiving, and finance teams.
