The candidate will handle full-cycle AP, credit card reconciliation, and payroll data maintenance in ADP and Unanet, with attention to detail and compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and familiarity with FAR.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs.
• Review and reconcile credit card transactions and ensure audit-ready records.
• Support payroll processing and maintain employee data in ADP and Unanet.
