Integer Technologies is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Controller in daily accounting operations within a government contracting environment. You will own accounts payable end-to-end and assist with government billing using Unanet, Ramp, and Bill.com.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. This role offers growth as the department expands and governance requirements increase.

Competenze

• Requires U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including accounts payable ownership.
• Proficiency in accrual-basis accounting and general ledger; strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Own accounts payable end-to-end: vendor setup, invoicing, coding, and inquiries.
• Administer Ramp (card issuance, limits, coding, receipts, reconciliation).
• Assist transition to Bill.com: data migration, workflows, testing, procedures, user support.
• Code invoices to project/task/account; classify costs direct/indirect per policy.
• Prepare firm-fixed-price invoices per contract terms, milestones, and funding limits.
• Submit invoices via WAWF/iRAPT; monitor status and resolve rejections.
• Maintain audit-ready billing files; support accounts receivable collection.
• Support Unanet onboarding/offboarding, project setup, and timesheet administration.
• Assist audits and improve accounting policies; handle additional duties.
