Job summary

Paleovalley & Wild Pastures is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own high-volume AP processes across multiple entities from a fully remote U.S.-based location. The role requires accurate bill processing in Acumatica, three-way matching, and close collaboration with Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will maintain vendor records, support month-end close, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Experience with Acumatica or a similar ERP.
• Three-way matching and landed cost allocations.
• Strong reconciliation and close process knowledge.
• Attention to detail and effective communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills accurately across multiple entities in Acumatica.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Manage AP approval workflows and inboxes within timelines.
• Code non-PO invoices to correct entities and GL accounts.
• Allocate landed costs to PO receipts using proper methods.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL and vendor statements.
• Support month-end AP accruals, aging reports, and schedules.
• Maintain vendor records and compliant documentation.
• Foster relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with 1099 reporting and tax reviews; ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify opportunities to optimize AP processes and controls.
