Job summary

Array is a remote-first fintech that builds credit and identity tools for brands, institutions, and fintechs. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage daily AP activities, process invoices, maintain vendor records, and partner with the Accounting team to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role reports to the Assistant Controller. This role requires 1+ year of AP experience and emphasizes accuracy, organization, and independent work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, independent working style with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
