Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech-friendly employer, is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage daily payables and keep precise records. You will process invoices, maintain vendor data, and coordinate with staff and vendors to resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

We value independence, organization, and clear communication. The role includes base salary and an ISO grant, with onboarding designed for rapid product fluency and high-impact contribution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, independent working style with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
