Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive AP experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience with end-to-end AP operations (PO and Non-PO) and vendor master management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Oracle Fusion) or equivalent ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, hold resolution, validations, Create Accounting, payments, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and SLA.
• Oversee payment execution across ACH, wire, check, and e-payables, including calendar management and discount capture with Treasury.
• Manage daily AP workflows, dashboards, queues, and exception handling to optimize throughput and SLA performance.
• Supervise onshore staff and coordinate priorities with offshore managed services teams.
• Own performance management, coaching, training, onboarding, and SOP maintenance for AP.
• Ensure SOX controls and audit-ready documentation; serve as primary AP contact for audits.
